iRydo Ltd is a registered company in England and Wales providing digital solutions to the logistics & transportation industry.
Whilst providing these services iRydo Ltd collects and manages customer and non-customer data. Throughout this process iRydo Ltd is committed to complying with applicable data protection and privacy laws. This includes, in its capacity as a "Data Controller", respecting and maintaining the privacy and rights of customers and non-customers.
We have provided this Privacy Notice statement (pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679 (as incorporated by the Data Protection Act 2018)) to help you understand how we collect, process, store and share your information when you use the iRydo Admin app. We wish to help you make informed decisions on, amongst others, how you can control the use of your information.
Collection of Information
We typically collect information to enable the services provided by the iRydo Admin app, including:

In respect of the above, iRydo Ltd also collects "sensitive personal information" (or "special categories"). This means any information, such as biometric data, which requires a higher level of protection. Such details we may need, amongst others, include:

Background Location Access for Enhanced Services
The iRydo Admin app utilizes background location access to enhance the functionality of our taxi dispatch system. This feature allows real-time location updates of Admins on the dispatch system interface, contributing to efficient service for both Admins and customers.
The background location data is used exclusively for accurate and timely dispatching, improved route planning, and ensuring the safety and security of the transportation service. We prioritize the privacy and security of our Admins, and this information is treated with the utmost confidentiality.
By granting background location access, Admins enable the seamless functioning of our dispatch system, enhancing the reliability and responsiveness of our service. Admins can manage these settings within the app and may choose to disable background location access if they prefer not to participate in this feature.
Processing Personal Information
We will only administer personal information in accordance with a lawful basis. When we process personal information, including background location data, at least one of the following must be applicable:
