Delete Your iRydo Driver Account

Learn how to safely delete your driver account from the iRydo Driver mobile application.

You can delete your Driver account from the iRydo Driver app.

Before Deleting Your Account iRydo will contact you via email or phone call to confirm that you are the person requesting deletion of the account.

Open the iRydo Driver app and tap the menu icon at the top left

Select "Help & Support" then "Create a Ticket"

Under "Select Reason" select "Account Deletion"

Write "Account Deletion" in Title Section

Please describe what's the reason for deleting your account in Description Section

Tap "Submit"

We will contact you within 48 hours to confirm the deletion and will delete the account.
