Welcome to the Legal Centre for FrontDesk, operated by iRydo Ltd (“iRydo”, “we”, “us”).

This section provides access to the legal documents governing the use of the FrontDesk platform, including terms, data protection, service levels, and compliance positioning.

1. ABOUT FRONTDESK

FrontDesk is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables businesses to:

  • Create and manage transport bookings
  • Facilitate payments

  • Communicate with service providers

FrontDesk is designed for:

  • Hotels
  • Airlines
  • Councils
  • Corporates
  • Public-facing organisations

2. IMPORTANT LEGAL POSITION

Software Only Platform

iRydo does not provide transport services and operates solely as a software platform. iRydo Ltd:

  • Does NOT provide transport services
  • Does NOT operate vehicles
  • Does NOT employ drivers
  • Does NOT act as a licensed private hire operator

All transport services are provided by independent licensed operators.

3. LEGAL DOCUMENTS

The following documents govern your use of FrontDesk:

3.1 Terms & Conditions

Defines the legal agreement for using the platform, including licence, payments, liability, and user obligations.

3.2 Privacy Policy

Explains how personal data is collected, used, and protected in accordance with UK GDPR.

3.3 Data Processing Agreement

Defines data protection roles between business clients and iRydo.

3.4 Service Level Agreement

Outlines service availability targets, support response times, and operational limits.

4. CONTRACTUAL STRUCTURE

When using FrontDesk:

  • You agree to the Terms & Conditions
  • Additional agreements may apply for enterprise clients
  • Data processing is governed by the DPA
  • Service expectations are outlined in the SLA

Where applicable: Transport services are contracted directly between the Client/Passenger and the licensed Operator.

5. DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY

We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR.

We are committed to:

  • Protecting personal data
  • Ensuring transparency
  • Maintaining appropriate security measures

6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

FrontDesk integrates with third-party providers, including:

  • Bolt Technology OÜ
  • Stripe, Inc.

These providers operate independently and are responsible for their own services and compliance.

7. ENTERPRISE CLIENTS

FrontDesk is built for enterprise use. For organisations such as Airlines, Councils, Hotels, and Corporates, additional documentation may apply, including:

  • Signed commercial agreements
  • Custom SLAs
  • Data protection agreements

8. REGULATORY POSITION

FrontDesk is designed to operate in alignment with UK regulatory expectations, including those of Transport for London.

iRydo maintains a software-only role to ensure:

  • Clear separation from transport operations
  • Compliance with applicable laws
  • Reduced regulatory risk

9. CHANGES

We may update our legal documents from time to time. The latest versions will always be available in this Legal Centre. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
