These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the FrontDesk platform operated by iRydo Ltd (“iRydo”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

2. IMPORTANT SERVICE POSITION
SaaS Platform Disclosure
FrontDesk is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. iRydo:
- DOES NOT provide transport services
- DOES NOT operate vehicles
- DOES NOT employ drivers
- DOES NOT act as a licensed private hire operator
All transport services are provided by independent licensed operators and iRydo is not responsible for the performance, availability, or conduct of such operators.
2A. NO OPERATOR STATUS & NO DISPATCH CONTROL
iRydo:
- Does not accept bookings as principal
- Does not control or direct drivers
- Does not provide dispatch services in a regulatory sense
Any allocation, matching, or routing performed by the Platform is purely technical functionality and does not constitute operational control over transport services.
3. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using FrontDesk, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Platform on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity.
4. DEFINITIONS
- Platform: FrontDesk software, APIs, dashboard, integrations
- Client: Business using FrontDesk
- End User / Passenger: Individual receiving transport
- Operator: Licensed transport provider
- Driver: Individual assigned by Operator
- Ride: Transport service booked via Platform
5. LICENCE TO USE THE PLATFORM
iRydo grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Platform for internal business purposes only. You may not:
- Resell or sublicense the Platform
- Copy or replicate functionality
- Use the Platform to build competing services
6. ACCEPTABLE USE
You must not:
- Use the Platform unlawfully
- Attempt unauthorised access
- Reverse engineer or decompile
- Scrape or extract data
- Interfere with performance
- Use bots or automated abuse tools
- Circumvent the Platform to engage operators or drivers directly
We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
7. NATURE OF BOOKINGS
FrontDesk facilitates booking requests only. The transport contract is formed directly between the Client/Passenger and the licensed Operator. iRydo is not a party to that contract and has no responsibility for its performance.
iRydo does not control transport delivery, guarantee driver availability, or guarantee journey outcomes.
8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Platform integrates with third-party providers, including Bolt Technology OÜ and Stripe, Inc. The Platform relies on these services.
iRydo does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party systems and shall not be liable for any losses arising from their failure, delays, or errors.
9. PRICING & PAYMENTS
9.1 Pricing: Prices may include operator fares, platform fees, and commercial margins. Prices are dynamic and may vary.
9.2 Payments: Payments are processed via Stripe, Inc. Payment is required before confirmation. iRydo does not store full card details.
9.3 Client Responsibility: The Client is responsible for chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, and payment disputes.
10. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
Cancellation terms may vary depending on the booking type. Fees may apply where services have been allocated. Refunds are assessed reasonably in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
11. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. iRydo does not guarantee continuous availability, error-free performance, or uninterrupted service.
12. DATA PROTECTION
We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR. Roles: Client = Data Controller; iRydo = Data Processor (where applicable). A separate Data Processing Agreement applies.
16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under law.
Subject to this, iRydo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, revenue, or business, reputational damage, service interruption, data loss, or third-party failures.
Liability Cap: Consumers are limited to booking value; Businesses are limited to fees paid in last 12 months.
20. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
32. AI & AUTOMATION
The Platform may use automated systems and AI to support operations. Such systems assist functionality and do not create legally binding decisions without appropriate human oversight where required by law.
