This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) ensures that FrontDesk is used lawfully, securely, and responsibly in a way that protects the Platform, its users, and third parties.
3. GENERAL OBLIGATIONS
You agree to use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws, respect the rights of other users, maintain security and confidentiality, and use the Platform only for its intended purpose.
4. PROHIBITED USE
You must NOT use the Platform for any of the following:
- Unlawful Activity: Fraud, deception, money laundering, or booking rides for illegal purposes.
- Security Violations: Unauthorised access, circumventing controls, introducing malware, or exploiting vulnerabilities.
- System Abuse: Overloading or disrupting the Platform, sending excessive requests (rate abuse), or using bots to manipulate the system.
- Data Misuse: Scraping, harvesting, or extracting data; copying or redistributing Platform content.
- Commercial Circumvention: Engaging operators or drivers introduced via the Platform outside of FrontDesk or circumventing fees.
- Misuse of Communications: Harassing drivers, passengers, or staff; sending abusive or offensive messages.
5. USER ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activity carried out under your account. You must notify iRydo immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
8. MONITORING & ENFORCEMENT
iRydo reserves the right to monitor Platform usage to detect misuse, investigate suspected violations, and restrict or terminate access without prior notice where reasonably necessary.
10. LIABILITY FOR MISUSE
You are responsible for any damage caused by misuse of the Platform and any claims arising from your actions. You shall be liable for any losses or commercial damage incurred by iRydo arising from breach of this Policy.
